The Process
PRODUCT EVALUATION
We will first evaluate your product and packaging and see if it will be a good fit for our manufacturing processes. If your product fits within our capabilities, we will require a signed NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and exact specifications for production of your product, including accurate measurements, specific ingredients and methods needed to produce your brand before we can move to recipe replication.
REPLICATION
Recipe Replication is where we take your recipe and replicate it in our facility for your approval. Recipe Replication is subject to a fee, per flavor. This fee covers time and materials for us to first source appropriate quantities of your specified ingredients and to then bake test batches to your specified formulas/recipes for approval. The Recipe Replication Fee includes one initial test batch and one secondary test batch (if necessary) to make minor corrections to your recipe before moving to actual production.
DEVELOPMENT
Recipe development of a proprietary granola or trail mix flavor made specifically for your brand are subject to a per flavor fee. Ingredients for your recipe development are not included in the fee and will be an additional charge to you. The Recipe Development Fee includes one initial test batch and one secondary test batch (if necessary) to make minor corrections to your recipe.
QUOTING
We will present you a quote once we have gone through the Recipe Replication process and have a full understanding of what it will take to manufacture your product.
PACKAGING
Our capabilities for packaging are high speed automation in a "stand up pouch" or similar packaging. We also offer bulk in 15# and 20# cases and even bulk totes (approximately 700 - 1,000#).
MINIMUMS & LEAD TIMES
Minimum runs can be assessed based on your brand's needs. We will offer your brand the most cost effective volume options. Lead times for your production run will vary and will be estimated at the time of order placement.
